Free Massage Contest Rules

1. All of Mark's established clients are eligible to participate in the free massage contest.

2. Entrants must use the contest entry form to submit a brief message that clearly states why they'd love to win a free massage.

3. Include your full name, phone number, and email address with your message.

4. Entries must be completed and submitted on the date of the event in order to win.

5. Winners will be identified by Mark and subsequently notified by phone or email.
